Morgans of Tredegar House: Newport: Cathleen Mann : Myth Shattered
Cathleen Mann 1896-1959 painted Evan Morgan is his fancy dress rig out as a Papal Knight ( & which can be seen at Tredegar House, Newport). The artist killed herself on 9 Sept 1959, by an overdose.
That's a truer fact than some of the rot spoken about Evan's painting
It certainly does NOT portray him as a Papal Knight.

Evan Morgan, Viscount Tredegar: Papal Chamberlain: His Papal Uniform : More Fake History and the erosion of truth.....
Evan Tredegar appears below 6th from the left in the uniform of a Papal Chamberlain at the Vatican in 1929 showing his real Chamberlain’s garb.
The uniform is NOT depicted by Cathleen Mann in the painting at Tredegar House, which porports to show Evan in his Papal Chamberlain's robes. . The Mann portrait is Evan's fantasy image from his warped imagination coupled with the hire or purchase of a costume from the ancient days of Papal ceremonials and of courtiers from the European powers paying homage to the Pope.
By the time Mann's picture was painted Evan had been snubbed by the Vatican, especially after the new Pope, Pope Pius XII took office from 1939 and severed Evan's status. At about the same time Evan's crony, Francis Mostyn the Archibishop of Cardiff died and Evan was a man without influence or connections.
